In my experience anyone can learn to install brand-new products at whatever the market price is at the time. Some even make a bona fide attempt to charge a fair price – a bit of rarity in 2024, where so many companies large and small are demonstrating their greed for all to see. Garage Door Service and Sales of Loveland has proven to me that they take the SERVICE part of their job seriously everywhere they can. They repair systems that others will only offer to replace, usually with a tremendously more affordable bill. They have always been transparent with me about orders – and I’ve ordered several, both residential and commercial grade – at times when the downstream supply chain is good and when it’s been bad. I was always kept informed about what to expect. When it was bad – during and immediately following the COVID-19 pandemic, when all segments of my project, from concrete to framing to appliances – were affected at the same time (not just doors), I received regular updates over the phone so that I knew how to properly pace my project. I haven’t had to deal with warranty claims as others here claim to have, but I’ve done enough doors over the years to know that the manufacturers are usually the biggest stumbling block on such matters, not the installer/servicer. Some manufacturers just don’t make things easy.
Suffice it to say: I’m sure there are other customers out there who will insist on leaving 1-star reviews when their experience is merely excellent instead of perfect. There may well be outliers in process that I haven’t experienced. But what I personally have experienced is very professional and skilled on all levels, and I can’t say that about other installers in the area. I plan on coming back any time I need garage door work of any kind.

Absolutely could NOT ask for better service!!! And reasonably priced! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Replaced the broken part, lubed rails, tightened all of the bolts, nailed the seal that had been bumped and replaced the light bulb.
We’ve been so impressed both times they have been out!

Highly recommend for your garage door needs! Amazing job. Professional, efficient and quality service! Had a broken spring one afternoon. He came first thing the next morning. Replaced both springs as well as the frayed cables. Took only an hour and the door has never been so quiet.
